POSITION SUMMARY  The HR Generalist position plays a Human Resources support role within the Gulf of Mexico Asset and the Bakken Onshore & Midstream Assets as part of the Global Production organization. Organizationally, HR is embedded in Global Production with a strong functional, dotted-line into HR.  This role coordinates the delivery of all core HR activities, whether delivered personally or through Centers of Expertise (Specialist Teams). ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Primarily provides support to the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) HR team, working directly with the HR Director and HR Manager, emp
