POSITION SUMMARY The HR Analyst position plays a Human Resources support role within the Bakken Onshore and Midstream Assets as part of the Global Production organization. Organizationally, HR is embedded in Global Production with a strong functional, dotted line into HR.  This role coordinates the delivery of all core HR activities, whether delivered personally or through Centers of Expertise (Specialist Teams).
