Provides assistance with coaching of the Men’s Basketball team and all facets of the program, particularly in the areas of monitoring academic progress, individual workouts, scouting, practice planning and travel planning. The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and Recreation, supervised by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assists the Head Coach with the organization, administration and implementation of the Men’s Basketball program. Works with the Head Coach in recruiting student athletes for the basketball team. Participates in organizing and supervising, practices and games. Directs pre-season conditioning program for student athletes. Establishes daily practice routines to include condition
