As a Corporate recruiter, you understand what motivates candidates and apply your expertise to foster trust-based relationships with a variety of talent.
Work hand-in-hand with the Hiring Managers to pinpoint exactly what the ideal candidate looks like before we send a single InMail.
Build succinct and engaging job postings that are intuitive, free of jargon, attract a broad spectrum of talent and are optimized for search.
Build a solid pipeline of candidates for all of our roles thanks to your tireless networking efforts, innovative sourcing strategies, and knack for keeping up with the latest tools available.
Research and network with passive candidates in an effort to build a pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future needs as well as create robust sourcing strategies that will attract top talent.
Present candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to hiring managers.
Own/manage the full recruitment life-cycle including prospecting, working through objections, research, cold and warm calling, evaluations and screening, assisting candidates through the interview process and extending offers.
Understand and anticipate upcoming business demands and prioritize recruiting efforts accordingly.
