You will manage a high-volume team in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that will carefully and efficiently manage the end to end process of various nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. You will also provide strategic advice and counsel to both employers and employees to help our clients gain maximum value on their immigration and mobility strategies.
What You’ll Create and Do
As a Manager, you'll manage a high-volume team dedicated to developing and preparing timely filed immigration applications for various companies and their employees, while providing strategic advice and counsel to address their varying complex business and immigration issues.
Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with clients
- Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
- Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.
- Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
- Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
- Manage multiple and challenging U.S. business immigration engagements to deliver to our clients.

What You’ll Bring to This Role
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- 3+ years of business immigration experience, with a focus on H-1B, L-1, TN, immigrant petition and PERM filings
- Called to the U.S. Bar
- Someone who delivers differently with high tech innovation
