Program Manager, Undergraduate Programs (Curriculum and Program Development) (REMOTE)

Reporting to the Director, Undergraduate Programs, the Program Manager will have the following key responsibilities:
Program & Event Management
In coordination with the Director, manage multiple aspects of Forté Undergraduate conference and event series including the Campus to Business Leadership, the College Fast Track to Finance, and Women of Color Leadership Symposium conferences as well as Undergraduate Women’s Leadership Summit. Oversee student outreach and communication, delivery and creation of multiple sessions, and post-event follow-up.
Manage Forté’s Career Ready Certificate program for undergraduate students. Oversee metrics, student outreach and communication, delivery and creation of materials and sessions, and follow-up. Provide operational support for the community including activity and content updates. Conduct reviews of Forté’s Career Ready Certificate programs to analyze activity, ensure that learning outcomes are being met, and evaluate overall program impact on users. Serve as the lead “community manager” for Forté’s undergraduate certificate program in learning management system and online community.
In collaboration with the undergraduate team, create and deliver undergraduate webinar series that provide content supporting conferences, the Career Ready Certificate, corporate/academic partnerships, and Women in Business network.
Manage undergraduate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The primary events include the Women of Color Leadership Symposium and the college webinar series. To ensure the successful delivery of these two events and other DE&I initiatives, the Program Manager will build solid relationships with URM-focused organizations, including external partnerships.
Assist with the creation and implementation of additional program development in alignment with the mission of the Forté strategic plan.
In coordination with the undergraduate team, create and deliver an engagement calendar by semester. Feature Forté corporate and school partners in programming that includes webinars, blog posts, and featured internship/job and event postings. Track and study engagement metrics for all calendar items and incorporate participant feedback for continuous improvement in future sessions.
Guide student participation in the community including creating a Career Ready (Rise and Shine) newsletter and monitoring the automatic email communication flow from acquisition to engaged members.
Oversee all data collection and reporting for the undergraduate online certificate program. This includes profile of users, monthly tracking of student engagement by partner school, and certificate earners. Data to be used for internal tracking and shared with the Development Academic Partners team to contribute to Partner School updates and communication.
Collaborate with the Development team to track undergraduate student intern and full-time professional placement with partners. This includes oversight of data collection, delivery of Conference and Certificate Earners resume books, and tracking community engagement metrics to stakeholders.
In collaboration with the marketing manager, provide input on student facing collateral needs including web updates, promotional materials, updates to certificate guides, program materials, and swag.
Staff live and virtual undergraduate events, ensuring their successful execution.
Travel to and assist with Forté events throughout the year (peak months March/April, June, October/ November).

Solid technical and operational skills including synthesizing data for reporting.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, including social media.
Highly detail-oriented and adept at maneuvering between multiple projects seamlessly.
Must be able to work autonomously, meet deadlines, exercise independent decision-making, handle complex issues and set priorities with minimal supervision in a fast-changing environment.

Bachelor's degree required.
5-8 years of related work experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and digital literacy in various digital platforms (Zoom, Slack, Asana, etc.) and web-based search tools.
