We are currently seeking applicants for a Maintenance Planner position in our Power Production Division located in Clifton Hill, MO. Under the direction of the Supervisor, Outage Coordination, a Maintenance Planner provides complex maintenance support for the planning and scheduling activities under limited supervision. The scope is to include, but not limited to, work identification and control, job planning, work scheduling, outage coordination, and materials coordination.

Qualified applicants should have at least five-years’ experience with power production or manufacturing plants with an emphasis in electrical/instrumentation work. Experience with union labor and maintenance craft “hands on” experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC in an industrial setting is preferred. Experience in maintenance planning principles, including work package and PM development is preferred. Experience with CMMS processes and metrics tracking is also preferred. Applicants should possess excellent project management skills, demonstrate ability to speak and write clearly and accurately, use computer technology to solve problems or process large amounts of information; demonstrate the ability to effectively use technical terms, and interpret and read blueprints and schematics; demonstrate the ability to effectively work and communicate with others; achieve and maintain a competent level of technical and professional skill and knowledge in order to satisfactorily perform position related tasks and duties.
