We are looking for a Membership Services Representative who will deliver high standards of service and support to our members via phone, email, and customer service software. The successful candidate will have the energy and drive to connect with our members, build a rapport, address stated and unstated needs, and seek ways to create a remarkable membership experience. Responsibilities Respond to members via multi-channel customer service software, as well as inbound and outbound calls, in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Make a personal connection with our members in order to address stated and unstated needs Seize opportunities
