The Tri-State Geographic Information Systems (GIS) department utilizes the Esri suite of ArcGIS desktop, server and database applications to support all Tri-State business functions. The Senior GIS Analyst leads large scale technology infrastructure projects for the GIS department and works closely with departments across the organization in the maintenance, development and support of the overall GIS architecture. The position also utilizes this system architecture to produce and maintain GIS data, maps, tables, reports, and map services using industry standard spatial analysis procedures, technology, and best practices. The Senior Analyst supports the deployment of GIS data via mobile GIS/GPS (Global Positioning Systems) applications on Windows and iOS platforms. This position is part of dynamic GIS team that works on internal Tri-State projects consisting of multiple disciplines including Environmental/Land Permitting, Transmission Engineering, Maintenance, System Planning, Energy Resource Planning, Transmission Operations, Information Technology (IT) groups and Generation.
Note: There is one position available, and the position will be filled at either the GIS Analyst I (NB15), GIS Analyst II (NB17), GIS Analyst III (NB19) or Senior GIS Analyst (NB21). This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.

Hiring Salary Range: $88,000-$111,000

Hiring Salary Range: $73,000-$91,000
GIS Analyst II
Hiring Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000-$62,000
