Job Purpose The Director of Athletics is the administrative head of all intercollegiate athletic activities at KCKCC. The Director of Athletics provides leadership in the ongoing recruitment and development of coaches and athletic teams through coordination, planning, evaluation, and implementation of programs. The Director works with other departments at KCKCC to optimize opportunities to recruit students; raise financial support for athletics and support college strategic plans and priorities related to student success and community engagement.
