Department: Upper School Mathematics and Computer Science
BB&N seeks an Upper School Math Teacher capable of teaching various levels of high school mathematics. Responsibilities would likely include teaching four sections (courses would include some combination of Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, and/or Computer Science depending on the teacher’s strengths and department needs) as well as assigned extracurricular duties including the possibility of advising, extracurricular clubs, and/or coaching. The candidate should be comfortable working with a team in designing, innovating, and delivering a curriculum that incorporates skill development, metacognition, and cultural competency.
