Position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the athletic department as well as progress and development of the football program YDL to Varsity. Duties to include but not limited to:
Fostering strong school-community relations by keeping the community aware of and responsive to the athletic program at all levels.
Coaching student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition.
Motivating athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport at all levels.
Working with athletes to develop good character on and off of the field.
Assisting Division Heads, teachers and counselors with athlete attendance, academics, and behavior in and out of the football season.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capacity to initiate and nurture relationships with stakeholders and community members.
Interpersonal skills and sound judgement when communicating with stakeholders.
