Villa Academy seeks a full-time Director of Enrollment Management to join its administrative team beginning February 1, 2023 (start date flexible). The Director is responsible for leading the strategic and operational components of Villa’s enrollment management, including all recruitment, financial assistance, and re-enrollment efforts. The Director is responsible for outreach to prospective families and the enrollment and re-enrollment of a qualified and diverse student body. As the external “face” of Villa Academy and a key member of its Leadership Team, the Director works with all constituencies to inspire community-based outreach. The Director of Enrollment Management reports directly to the Head of School.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, inspired individual eager to engage with the broader community, build relationships, and welcome mission-fit families to Villa Academy. They will inspire prospective students and families, educate and support Villa’s faculty/staff, and enjoy working within a team setting of shared ideas and constructive feedback. They will lead with great creativity, positive energy, and cultural humility, and have keen detail management and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and guide Villa Academy’s annual admission and enrollment goals and strategies in accordance with the School’s commitment to its mission, DEI priorities, and strategic plan initiatives;
Lead admissions, marketing, and recruitment efforts while sustaining and enhancing Villa’s position in the marketplace;
Manage new student enrollment and the re-enrollment process for current students, including overseeing the information management software, online application, testing and interviewing administration, and other logistics;
In partnership with the Director of Finance and Head of School, organize and administer Villa’s financial assistance program, awarding and communicating returning and new families’ award packages;
Partner closely with the Development, Marketing, and Communications Departments to cultivate and implement strategic marketing projects, including the effective use of social media and other online tools, admissions materials, and the Admission and Financial Assistance pages of the school’s website;
Maintain statistical and trend data related to admission and enrollment, presenting relevant information to Villa’s Leadership Team, faculty/staff, and the Board of Trustees as needed;
Educate and empower Villa Academy’s faculty and staff, fostering collaboration in recruitment and retention efforts; build relationships with all Villa employees to most effectively represent the school to prospective and current families;
Formulate annual Admission and Enrollment Action Plan including goals and objectives;
Manage and support the Admissions Associate and Villa Parent Ambassadors;
3+ years of demonstrated admissions and financial assistance experience;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
Energy, enthusiasm, and effectiveness in public speaking and relationship building;
Skilled in project, program, and budget management/implementation;

SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Anticipated salary ranges between $95,000-$115,000/year, dependent upon education and experience.
