Job Function:

• Lease Negotiation: Work with landowners to negotiate a win win solution to placing a renewable project on their property.
• Time management: You will be coordinating with the project manager as well as landowners to complete the project on time.
• People management: You will be working on a project with a wide variety of people. Good people skills are a must.

Required Skills:

• Self Sufficient: You will not know everything. That being said, you will need to be comfortable trying to figure somethings out while also having the humility to ask for help when you can’t find the answers.
• Organized: Not only do you need to keep your work organized you need to help facilitate work between different parties on the project.   
• Personable: We are in the people business.  You need to be great at working with others.
• Tested: Demonstrate to us that you can handle what is being asked. Have you held this position before and can provide great references?
• Renewable Energy: We are looking for people with solar experience.
