The Role:
As a Senior IAM Ops Global Manager, you need to drive a medium to large scale team of security analysts to optimize services, detect opportunities to improve, analyze current process/issues and mitigate potential risk and security incidents for user administration via manual access fulfillment and automated efforts. Responsible for defining the overall Automation program. Defines / reviews plans and projects/programs for automation of user administration. Standardizes the use of tools, technology and/or business expertise in relationship to automation projects. Defines and reviews the process for metrics and analysis across automation projects. Analyzes data and produces progress reports for strategic projects. Makes recommendations to improve efficiencies and outcomes. Interacts directly with clients and upper management regarding project activities.
Responsibilities
Process management including risk assessment and management, maintenance of operation controls, management reporting, workload balancing, and escalation of problems/issues as required
Day-to-day operational oversight of team
Identify or highlight any risk & compliance issues
Assist in the interview and training process for new associates Identify and escalate to management potential performance and/or operational problems within the unit
Work closely with internal departments and management to ensure that daily work produced meets quality/accuracy and timeliness requirements as outlined in applicable service level agreements
Development of professional competencies
Conduct risk reviews.
Understanding of IAM principles
Excellent problem solving skills required as we are always challenged with access issues for different applications and platforms which are always unique, so individual need to analyze use logic to come at a solution to solve the access issue
Good analytical and experienced project management skillset, having proven projects on risk mitigation, operational efficiency etc.
Experience in leading and managing complex project lifecycles
Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management
Experience in Project Management Tools such as Confluence, MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office/Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively to different audiences (team, management, executive, business)
Experience working with onsite/offshore teams (internal and external to the project)
Excellent presentation skills and be able to present project updates in front of small or large groups

Experience in managing a medium size team comprised of employees and contractors.
Role is accountable for not only driving and making critical decisions but aligning business support and rallying their team around its successful execution.
Working with senior stakeholders to identify key areas requiring risk and control focus and support.
Providing guidance and thought leadership with regards to the use of the risk framework.
Leading automation team to transition/migrate to new automation tools as per change in environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Knowledge of common Identity and Access Management frameworks.
Knowledge of infrastructure, key processes, and technology-oriented risk issues, specifically around security and privacy
