BRITT RADIUS is a consulting services firm, who helps companies attain compliance and acceptance for projects that impact people and land. We specialize in managing non-technical risks including working with landowners, the public and stakeholders. 

We are looking for Land and Right-of-Way Agents across North America, with a priority for those near and/or willing to travel when necessary to the following states: Colorado, Dakota's, Minnesota, Georgia, Carolina's.

We are seeking experienced and successful Land Professionals who will be key contributors responsible for planning, negotiating, title, maintenance, land campaigns and land acquisition to support development of multiple small to large scale projects. Ideal candidates thrive in an independent, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, who want to be part of a growing team. This position will report directly to the Operations Director and work closely with a multifaceted team.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Land Agent / Landman
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledgeable with working on small to large scale projects and experienced with conducting associated regional consultations and executing land acquisitions
• Prior field experience/and or Project Management experience
• Title experience is an asset
• Experience in Renewable Energy projects is an asset
• Proficiency in a Microsoft Office environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
