A leading aftermarket wheels and tires company is seeking for a high energy, exciting Operation Clerk to immediately join our team. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate positively with customers and colleagues. Most of all, we are looking for a multi-tasker with a “can do” attitude. Responsibilities include order processing, responding to customers, warranty verification, dispute resolution, answering phones.
Order Process Responsibilities:
Process, prepare and ship out orders. (Email, EDI or Through eCommerce & Marketplace Sites)
Check product availability against inventory database for determination of acceptance of the orders.
Monitor emails to confirm all orders are received on EDI portal; monitor emails/eCommerce portals for any order changes.
Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight pick-ups as required (USPS, FedEx, UPS, LTL).
Request freight quotes, as necessary.
Keep management and supervisors aware of product shortages.
Make sure all orders are handled promptly, and goods are shipped properly.
Invoicing on Accpac Pro, as necessary.
Manage back order processing or cancellation of orders.
Complete ownership the entire life cycle of an order from when it is received or created to when it gets invoiced.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Answer calls and respond to emails from customers.
Process parts and accessories orders. (USPS, FedEx, UPS, LTL)
Troubleshoot and resolve warranty issues.
Organize and maintain parts for easy access in warehouse.
Monitor and ensure timely process of RMA.
Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Requirements:
Patience, a good attitude and willing to learn.
Strong organizational skills.
Be able to effectively multi-task and have the ability to work independently and purposefully.
Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members.
Minimum of two years relevant work experience in eCommerce, dropship / order processing.
Experience with ERP and EDI system a plus.
Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related applications.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum one year experience in shipping via FEDEX, UPS, USPS, and LTL.
