The American Gas Association is seeking a Chief Regulatory Counsel, Environment to join our Office of General Counsel. As a member of AGA’s Office of General Counsel, the Chief Regulatory Counsel, Environment will provide leadership to shape regulatory strategy, particularly to achieve Board-approved environmental, climate, and ESG, advocacy goals. The Chief Regulatory Counsel, Environment will serve as staff executive to the Environmental Regulatory Action Committee (ERAC), give presentations at external conferences representing AGA, and collaborate with AGA colleagues on scientific research review and scope management. The Chief Regulatory Counsel, Environment will demonstrate consensus-building skills, intellectual curiosity, proclivity for collaboration, ability to work acros
