The Mountain School at Winhall is seeking a Head of School. We are a K8 independent day school of approximately 80 active learners. The primary responsibility of the Head of MSW is to relentlessly carry out the school’s mission. Because of our small school size, job responsibilities go beyond that of a typical HoS. Specifically, our HoS must also serve as the Academic Dean, the Dean of Students, and the Dean of Faculty. The Assistant HoS would be expected to take on any of the following that the HoS chooses to delegate: Director of Maintenance, Director of Admissions, Director of Development, marketing and IT support.
