The Grade: 12 ( for internal purposes only) The Location: London Contract Duration: 12 Months The Role: This person will report directly into the Head of Business Lines Learning & Talent Development at Commodity Insights (CI). The role will provide design and over-sight and will manage all phases of Early Years & Talent Programs at CI globally. This includes managing all aspects of the established graduate program - Commodity Associate Program - as well as the design, deliver and management of several graduate tracks for four additional business lines; global secondment/exchange program etc. The manager will oversee the recruitment; onboarding; training and placement phases for graduates across several business lines at CI.
