Job Summary: The VP or Director of Property Management will report to the VP of Asset Management.  Ultimately, this person will be responsible for the operations and growth, as well as the financial performance of the Property Management department; mentoring and supervising the portfolio managers who manage a portfolio of properties including but not limited to:  Industrial, flex, warehouse, and office) across multiple states. The position requires commercial property management experience.  This includes the day-to-day implementation of those policies, procedures, and programs that will assure well managed, well-maintained properties, while placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the owners and tenants, in a manner which foste
