Start Date: August 28, 2023 The Upper Division History Department is seeking a dynamic and experienced history teacher for grades 9-12 to teach a diverse and inclusive curriculum that reflects current scholarship. The successful candidate must be willing to teach Atlantic World History and/or Global History since 1750, and United States History, with a preference for teaching experience in at least one of those subjects. The candidate should also be interested in teaching non-Western/Global History upper-level electives, which the department is committed to continuing to develop. Willingness to teach fundamental research and writing skills to a variety of grades and subject areas is a must. Teaching experience of three years and an advanced history degree is strongly preferred. S
