Regulatory Reporting’s mission is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the company’s non-financial reporting to mitigate the increasing risk associated with reporting such data. The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for enhancing the regulatory and environmental compliance data management processes throughout the company to ensure CNX is the leader in providing accurate and reliable ESG data to all stakeholders.
This part-time position will assist with a variety of assignments including benchmarking, corporate report and disclosure preparation, performance reporting, data management, and reporting strategy development. Assignments may also include support for climate-related projects, water stewardship, climate change advisory, and facility optimization. Climate-related projects may involve the quantification of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, setting science-based reduction targets, identifying, and assessing emission reduction actions. Other sustainability-related projects may include conducting materiality assessments, supporting ESG goal setting, and identifying and overseeing projects aimed at goal achievement.
Target Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop content for reporting processes, protocols, and governance, and ESG-related data and technology. Identify data gaps and needs and develop tracking and reporting tools to meet those needs.
Assist with providing technical advice to internal stakeholders, from early stages (e.g., materiality assessments, benchmarking) through goal setting and action planning on ways to improve metrics, communication, and quality of data for goal achievement.
Work across the organization to improve data quality, granularity, and coverage for sustainability-related metrics.
Contribute to ensuring that all changes to reporting processes, and procedures are reflected, appropriately documented, and that consistency is maintained.
Track and implement corrective actions or improvement plans related to quality control reviews and readiness assessments.
Assisting with environmental compliance program development as needed.
Support the sustainability scorecard data at a corporate level, working with individual metric and data owners to compile, update and validate.
Ability to make recommendations and decisions related to operational data based on engineering knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering required.
Minimum of 5-years’ experience in Oil and Gas industry. Role will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
Ability to define problems, collect accurate data, draw valid conclusions, and develop solutions.
Ability to interpret engineering schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of production, compression, dehydration, gas measurement, and liquid measurement.
Process simulation and pipeline modeling experience with Promax, or similar.
Strong planning, organizing and project management skills to independently manage complex projects.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive safely off-road in adverse conditions.
May require travel & short-term assignment to other operating areas.

Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge and experience in global environmental standards and frameworks: such as Greenhouse Gas Protocol, GRI Standards, SASB Standards, TCFD Recommendations, CDP, and other disclosure/rating platforms.
