Structured Credit is a separate unit within ICG Risk that provides oversight in managing unique risks of structured products. These products (Global Infrastructure Finance, Clean Energy Finance, and Asset Based Finance & Transitional Finance) reside in Citi's Global Spread Products Financing and Securitization ("GSPF&S") and Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory ("BCMA") organizations. Characteristics of risks managed by Structured Credit: o Typically non-investment grade, credit intensive, highly quantitative o Use collateral, contracts, cash flow waterfall and other legal arrangements to mitigate risks o Various instruments across different areas of the capital markets ???
