As a Barclay's Executive Assistant, you will provide full secretarial support in Investment Banking. You will schedule and coordinate meetings and events and help maintain busy appointment calendars. You will also be arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations. Lastly, you will be in charge of answering, screening, and routing telephone calls and responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and liaise with senior level individuals throughout the firm.

What will you be doing?
??? Providing a high level of administrative assistance to investment banking teams (8+ people) ??? Scheduling and coordinating meetings/events, and maintaining busy appointment calendars ??? Answering, screening, and routing telephone calls; responding to inquiries from internal and external clients and liaising with senior level individuals throughout the Firm ??? Acting as back up for other assistants in the office ??? Handling correspondence, including drafting replies and composing letters and memos ??? Arranging and coordinating travel schedules and reservations, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc ??? Preparing and tracking T&E expenses actively ??? Handling special projects as they arise
What we're looking for:
??? Over two years of administrative experience in investment banking industry preferred ??? Experience working with senior level executives in a corporate setting ??? Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook essential

Where will you be working?
You will be working at our 155 Linfield Drive, Menlo Park location. This idyllic office space is surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and courtyards, and provides access to secured underground parking stalls plus surface parking. You will be within walking distance to Palo Alto and are less than 2 miles from downtown Menlo Park, which has a great atmosphere with lots of coffee shops and parks surrounding the immediate area. Additionally, this office space has excellent access to Highway 101 and is conveniently located to both San Francisco and San Jose International airports.
