The IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) lead is responsible for engineering IGA solutions for globally dispersed businesses, personnel and customers. Works with IAM architects, application developers and vendors to build, configure, test and implement IAM solutions that meet the business needs of the enterprise and are aligned and consistent with enterprise IT strategies and plans while ensuring alignment with Enterprise IT and Security strategies. The lead will need to have subject matter expertise with all aspects of SailPoint and experience with building cohesive solutions with other IAM, Security and Enterprise tools.
Engineer solutions to ensure that IGA solutions and services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with information security requirements.
Engineer technical IGA solutions, engaging during the lifecycle of solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers, global infrastructure teams, regional IT teams and key IAM product vendors.
Integrates IGA systems with in-house and third-party applications for provisioning, identity authentication and systems resources authorization, developing connectors between IAM tools and systems resources.
Lead quality control and quality assurance activities, such as developing and executing test plans / scripts and resolving deviations or exceptions, for newly developed and/or enhanced IAM solutions.
Experience will all modules of SailPoint incl. request & approval, provisioning & deprovisioning, password management, certification, and overall application onboarding.
Mentor other IAM Engineers and Developers.
Contribute to conducting POCs, evaluation, selection and configuration of IAM products and services from vendors.
Work with application developers and IT operations to develop, test, roll out and maintain enterprise-wide IAM solutions and services as necessary.
Support in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems as necessary.
