Francis Parker School of Louisville, a coed, secular, Independent School in Louisville, Kentucky, founded in the Progressive tradition and committed to equity and justice, seeks experienced, dynamic applicants for the Athletic Director overseeing Lower, Middle, and High School. The School operates across two campuses -- Goshen (Preschool-8th) and Downtown (High School) -- and this role shares time between both. Our mascot is the Wyvern. Athletic teams begin in JK and continue through High School Varsity; sports at various levels include soccer, field hockey, volleyball, cross country, basketball, bowling, baseball, tennis, and track and field.
The School employs a no-cut policy in middle and high school athletics, enabling talented athletes to play a starring role from a young age and allowing novice athletes to discover a love of athletics and develop their abilities.
