Great River Energy is currently looking for an IT Endpoint Administrator with experience with packaging software applications, testing, patching and managing endpoints.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Administers endpoint devices and collaborates with endpoint engineering
Responsible for the operation of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
Performing monthly windows patching on computers and a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI)
Manages tier 3 escalated incidents and service requests while provide training to tier 1 and 2
Identifies and implements process improvements
Represents service desk in division and enterprise level projects and initiatives
Validates and test all end point related changes to ensure successful deployment
Performs advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of end point configuration, Office 365 and related software
Manages endpoint software maintenance renewals and partner with vendors for ongoing support
Performs account management tasks within Active Directory
Performs auditing of software, accounts, NERC related activities
Experience with Microsoft SCCM/MS Endpoint Configuration Manager

A typical starting range for this position is $87,000-$102,000. We offer market competitive base pay and adjust our offer accordingly based upon the value of the candidate’s knowledge, skills and experience. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field and 3+ years of experience with IT endpoint support OR 2+ years post high school education in a technology related field and 5+ years of experience with IT endpoint support. Microsoft Windows Operating System, Windows Patching, Application deployment and patch management experience preferred. Image creation, testing and deployment through SCCM/MS Endpoint Configuration Manager experience is preferred. ITIL Foundations V3 certification preferred.
