The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for collecting pertinent member information regarding outages and coordinating with service personnel to resolve the outage situations and provide work direction in troubleshooting and restoring electrical service. Maintain an accurate chronological record (log) of significant events, sufficient in detail to satisfy legal and operational requirements in the reconstruction of occurrences.
