St. Mary Academy - Bay View seeks an Upper School Counselor/College Counselor for the 2023-2024 school year. The counselor is responsible for college and general school counseling of all students in the junior and senior classes. The counselor’s role is to support each student’s academic achievement, career and post-secondary planning, and development of social competencies through a comprehensive school counseling program. As College Counselor, they will guide students and families through the college selection, application, and admissions process.
