After School Program Staff Expectations
General care and enrichment classes between 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. on most days.
Enjoys interacting with kids between the ages of 4-12. Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient.
Capacity to multitask and be flexible to the needs of the program.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and fun learning environment for children.
Regular communication with parents and after school consultants.
Work with all parties to ensure students are in classes and lessons.
Opportunity to be a substitute teacher during the school day as well as evening event child care.
