Location:Hybrid work model, with Red Oak's office being located in Foxboro/Mansfield, MA (Monday's and Friday's are work from home).
Responsibilities:
The successful professional will be analytical, personable, and have the confidence to work with executives to support and facilitate portfolio management of one of the largest generic pharmaceutical purchasing programs in the U.S. The Analyst will support and contribute to ongoing primary and secondary research into pharmaceutical market dynamics and assist Red Oak's Sourcing leadership with strategic supply chain optimization projects and contract management.
Supply Chain Optimization
Analyzing demand trends and providing updates to the sourcing directors
Identifying supply issues and proposing resolutions
Interacting with internal operations team to understand parent supply concerns
Contract Management
Execute and manage contracts for Red Oak Sourcing
Audit formulary changes
Address ad-hoc contract change requests
Portfolio Management
Provide and track demand forecast for mature products
Utilize secondary market intelligence to identify new market introductions
Gather and compile information on products and suppliers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., business, supply chain, economics, finance)
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial and strategic impact
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to build productive long-term relationships at all levels of an organization
Results driven with an ability to perform in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment
Strong analytical and financial acumen
High level of self-confidence and sense of urgency
Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
Experience in healthcare is a plus
