Marketing Manager, EMEA Services Lines
Location - London

We have a great opportunity for an experienced professional Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Marketing & Research team based in our city office.

Joining the Cushman & Wakefield Marketing team, you focus will be to support five key service lines across EMEA, this will include Valuation & Advisory, Asset Services (Property Management) Projects Development Services, Hospitality and Capital Markets.

As the Marketing Manager you will lead the development, delivery, and execution of the marketing strategy for each service line. You will ensure that all marketing and insight activities are effectively delivered to clients across multi channels.

Core Responsibilities:

* Raise the profile of EMEA Service Lines both internally & externally at all relevant opportunities
* Work with key stakeholders to explore new avenues of content creation & distribution (podcasts, social media, blogs etc)
* Work closely with the EMEA Research & Insight team to ensure that the content produced is distributed across all channels and is reaching clients effectively
* Champion our Global Sustainability commitments and drive sustainable practices throughout our marketing operations and communications.
* Support the Bids team with any ongoing pitches

Key experience and skills:

* Experience creating and implementing multi-channel marketing plans
* Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing practices
* Previous experience of working within professional services is useful but not essential
* Proactive, high-energy person who can be a positive influence on others in a fast-moving environment
* Ability to deliver high profile business initiatives

It would be advantageous if you had previous experience with some of the following software and platforms:

* Concep
* Salesforce/Engage
* Microsoft Cloud
* ON24
* Microsoft Teams/Teams Live
* Adobe Photoshop
* InDesign
* Filming/Photograph/Editing Software
