The Team: You will be the lead of the WSO Product Team, which is an experienced global team consisting of product analysts, engineers, and designers. The team collaborates to enhance and modernize the WSO Product Suite to support the constantly evolving marketplace for IBOR-based products. The WSO Product Suite is comprised of multiple mature applications and numerous teams support the WSO Product Suite using Scrum methodologies and an Agile mindset. You will have opportunities to identify and define problems, take ownership over solutions, and solve complex problems from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives.

Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, you will align with our clients to understand what delivers value when they access the WSO Product Suite and the data provided by the WSO Product Team. You will develop a deep understanding and great empathy for the clients' needs, the comparative importance of those needs, and the dependencies that exist between those needs. Using this knowledge, you will: ??? Own a roadmap. Define a vision 6-12 months out based on a deep understanding of the vision, client data and the marketplace ??? Prioritize work. Collaborate with senior business leaders and other internal stakeholders to balance the art and the science of feature prioritization. Use a data-driven approach to make decisions and fail fast when necessary ??? Review or define user stories and requirements within our SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). Ensure that each feature is fully tested and meets the expectations of our users and clients ??? Lead and coach an agile development team. Oversee one or more scrum teams, driving the team and yourself to continuously inspect, adapt, and improve in your collective ability to meet a high standard of delivery and quality ??? Support cross-functional teams. Work closely with Engineering, Testing, User Experience, Marketing, Implementation, and Sales to advise, guide, and support these teams, to drive maximum business impact

We look for: ??? 5-10 years of total experience; at least 4 years of experience specifically in product ownership or technical product management roles working alongside technical teams ??? Experience working with or analyzing large data sets and technologies that analyze, deliver and master data ??? Evidence of management and leadership skills ??? Evidence of thriving in a challenging, fast-paced, client-facing environment ??? Exposure or experience with the WSO Product Suite ??? Knowledge of the IBOR marketplace, including IBOR-based products: ABS, Bonds, CDS, Equities, Loans, and TRS ??? 4-year bachelor's degree required

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
