The Team: Conferences and Events engage, and connect clients, business leaders and industry experts in an environment of knowledge excellence to extend insights, capture the moment and take critical conversations forward on key topics in the Petrochemical and related markets arena. The team interacts with industry at the C-Suite and executive levels, showcasing our Chemicals and Commodities experts across a wide range of markets and pricing dynamics.
The Impact: The Client Support Executive is a critical role within the S&P Global project team who engages existing and new clients and fosters prosperous and long-lasting partnerships that support our strategic position and growth in the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new and creative strategic approaches to sponsorship and market trends.
Collaborate with Senior Sales Manager and Executive Producer to create sponsor proposals, sales and conference collateral, and analytics based on extensive and real-time research.
Oversee and manage contract fulfillment for a portfolio of global sponsors and media partners.
Manage sponsor and partner relationships in a manner that supports the strategic direction of the conferences and events division.
Creation and management of event communications for internal and external audiences.
Onsite management of sponsorship activation and event execution.
What We're Looking For:
A creative, target driven professional with demonstrable experience in corporate sponsorship and event planning specializing in brand activation.
8 years of experience in large-scale, global conferences and events.
Knowledge of Chemicals, Energy, and Commodities sectors preferred.
Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams and management to execute sponsorships efficiently.
An ability to build and sustain internal and external business relationships while developing positive company branding for revenue growth.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentations and reports.
A high level of maturity and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
Empathy and understanding of other cultures within a commercial context.
Grade/Level ( relevant for internal applicants only ): 10
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
