Information Technology Services Client Support Coordinator

You would be joining a team in our Sundance or Gillette locations whose purpose is to provide an exceptional team experience in the coordination and use of technology across the cooperative with specific focus on deploying, maintaining, supporting and securing devices, software and conferencing environments.
Skills and abilities that are required to perform this position successfully:
Coordinating IT Support Services, Helpdesk, analytics and Software.
Experience with end-user support both remote and in person
Expertise in Microsoft Windows Domain and Office 365 environments
Expertise in PC, Tablet, Cell Phone diagnosis and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
Exceptional Customer Service mindset
Skills and abilities in these areas are highly preferred to make an impact quickly:
Microsoft Certifications
Fundamental working knowledge of Windows OS & Active Directory Enterprise Solutions
Fundamental working knowledge of Networking concepts
