Specific qualifications and characteristics for the next Principal include:
• A practicing Catholic
• Relevant middle/high school classroom experience coupled with a minimum of three
years school administrative/leadership experience
• A Master’s degree or higher in Education Administration or other comparable field of study
• An ability to build, lead and work with a team of faculty and staff
• Critical thinkingskills that successfully focus on bridging disparate points of view
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• An eagerness to be a visible presence in school
• A personal energy with a strong bias for action
• A trackrecord of drawingconstituents together
• A strong understanding of trends in education and learning best practices
