We are seeking a Product Manager - Data & Cloud Portal to join our team that works to enable seamless yet governed access to the outputs of the Data Org. through cutting edge technologies. You can be on the front line of our entrepreneurial projects.
Banking is being digitally transformed and the impact will be greater than we now imagine. Customers, both internal and external, want to interact with us differently and have very demanding expectations of their bank. Fintechs have also been propelling the industry forward. Join our team and lead key aspects of our transformation. This Product Manager will be responsible for helping our internal customers use data to gain competitive advantages. The ideal candidate will be an experienced technical product manager who is passionate about technology, is obsessed with the customer, and is invested in wanting to help monetize the bank's data.
Responsibilities
Provide business, product and design leadership for the Data and Cloud Portal, with a focus on customer needs, access and entitlements management
Develop a deep understanding of our targeted users, their context, goals and needs, document existing customer experience journey maps (CXJM) and create target-state journey maps
Provide strategic direction and oversight for user-centered designs (aka user experience research, user experience design, human-centered design, and more)
Define and deliver minimum viable products and promote test and learn methodologies for both design and development, develop and maintain the feature and epic backlogs
Partner with technologists, affiliate banks and lines of business to ensure alignment on product plans and delivery
Partner with the agile product owner to ensure alignment with use case backlogs
Conduct research on competitors and external market trends, evaluate new opportunities, including customer engagement capabilities
Develop business cases or otherwise gain support for new opportunities
Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field and 6+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, design and development or other directly related experience.A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
Strong knowledge of technical product management or user experience research and design (aka UX R&D, human centered research and design, user centered design) and design principles
Ability to define a vision and successfully engage diverse stakeholders on the journey to achieve the vision,
Ability to manage projects, think creatively
Capability to drives results, is customer focused and able to think strategically
Excellent customer relationship skills
Highly analytical with strong technical acumen
Positive and energetic team member and business leader
Technical product management or user-centered design (UCD) or other directly related experience
Experience working in the financial services industry

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
The Zions Technology Center is a 400,000-square-foot technology campus in Midvale, Utah.
