RESPONSIBILITIES Provides administrative support to the President/CEO which includes but is not limited to: compose/proof cooperative correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, facilitate meetings, prepare reports, schedules and appointments and maintains files, records and correspondence. Provides administrative support to the Board of Directors which includes but is not limited to: prepare monthly board packets, attend and record minutes of the board and annual meetings, prepare for board meetings, set up training and travel and provide liaison support between the Board and the President/CEO.
