Position Overview: Under the direction of the Membership Manager, the Membership Assistant is responsible for daily operational aspects of the membership program, including data and reports.  The Membership Assistant’s time and energy is primarily focused in the areas of Member services (e.g., calls, emails, correspondence, issues) and Membership processing (e.g., opening mail, coding transactions, posting entries).  The Membership Assistant is a supportive position to the Membership Coordinator and Membership Manager.  Team cohesion and communication is vital.   An important and essential job function is living the FSA's values – integrity, fairness, commitment, and accountability.
