Position SummaryJoin the Development Operations team at Phoenix Children’s Foundation! We support the essential functions of Foundation staff who are passionate about the mission of Phoenix Children’s to provide hope, healing, and the best healthcare to children and their families. This is a part-time, in-office position. Hours are approx Monday through Friday from 8:00-2:00 28 hours per week. Candidate must be available to work in the weeks surrounding year-end holidays when the highest volume of gifts are received.The ideal candidate will possess great customer service skills. Must be comfortable with handling a large volume of incoming donor calls and e-mails and documenting all donor interactions in the Raiser’s Edge database.
