Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Promotes, explains, advises and enhances member engagement and participation in NRECA qualified employee benefit plans and NRECA membership and services. Consults with co-op management personnel on all aspects of employee benefit plans. Serves as a liaison for NRECA with its member cooperatives and advises on all aspects of integrated employee benefit plan designs, available program and services options, and developing an overall total compensation strategy.
