Architectural Designer II: Commercial/Mixed-Use Buildings
JOB DUTIES:Conceptualize, create, design, plan and develop new construction projects for Commercial and/or mixed-use buildings through all phases, from concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration. With oversight from Design Principal, assist in leading teams of architectural designers on domestic commercial buildings and international mixed-use building types, including office, retail, residential, and hotel, to produce design studies, construction documents, and high-quality presentation materials for client and government approvals.
