Under the direction of a Supervising Program Specialist 1, provides assistance with the planning, development, and execution of grants and programs within the Office of Women's Health (OWH).  Works to support the OWH Program Support Specialist 1 and OWH Executive Director, to implement programming, legislation, and best practices in the field of women's health.   Renders administrative and technical assistance, training, and guidance to address needs of grantees, vendors, and/or subcontractors to ensure that program standards and grant objectives are followed and utilized to capacity and ensures equitable access to grants under the OWH.
