The Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring one Assistant Professor and one Assistant/Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Operations Division to begin in Fall 2025.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct high-impact research in strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation areas and publish in premier journals. Teach courses in strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation in the undergraduate and graduate programs. Provide service in the school and in the larger profession.
What We Can Offer:
Pending funding approval, the salary range for the Assistant Professor position is $192,000 to $203,000, and for the Associate Professor position, it is $215,000 to $256,000. Additional benefits include allowance with relocation expenses and for a computer, faculty development account, and a specific amount of guaranteed summer research support.
What We Require:
We are seeking applicants who conduct impactful research in strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and have strong interest and ability to teach courses in these areas to undergraduates, MBAs and doctoral students. We are especially interested in candidates with a grounding in Strategy who are pursuing work in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and/or Technology Management.
The preferred candidate for the Assistant Professor position will have publications in premier journals and/or the potential to create a research program with high impact.
Note to Assistant Professor candidates: Candidates who have not yet conferred their degree will be appointed as an Instructor until the semester following the degree conferral.
The preferred candidate for the Associate Professor position will have created a thematic research program with high impact, as evidenced by publications in premier journals, thought leadership in the field, and leadership roles in the profession.
