Bloomberg TV is seeking an interviews producer to join our EMEA team in London. Interviews play a critical role in our daily programming and across all Bloomberg's media platforms. You will be responsible for booking editorially relevant guests and producing interview segments with a focus on our morning show Markets Today.
We'll trust you to:
Use your news judgement to identify guests that can push a story forward
Respond to breaking news with a sense of urgency
Develop relationships with newsmakers, external communications representatives, and senior Bloomberg stakeholders
Communicate effectively to give guidance and direction to anchors, reporters and other staff
Represent Bloomberg at external events and produce interviews on-site
Handle all aspects of the guest experience including production logistics
You'll need to have:
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
An interest in business news and the financial markets
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility with hours
