The chamber seeks a highly qualified, hands-on, experienced president/CEO with a proven record of accomplishment of growth and increasing membership with previous organizations. The CEO should have at least two years of successfully running a chamber of commerce or other viable non-profit organizations. The candidate must exhibit strong motivation in organizing, managing and implementing the goals set by the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, technology, budgeting and marketing skills. The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to grow and retain membership and increase revenue stream. Chamber industry experience is preferred, as is being a graduate of the WACE Academy, the US Chamber Institute, or similar program.
