Job Summary:
JOB SUMMARY
Supports the execution of learning and engagement programs with occasional guidance by ensuring proper and complete data and information prior to the event. Responsible for data analysis, reporting and metrics to assess critical outcomes. Generates reports and present learning impact results in a clear and succinct manner and communicates outcomes to various levels of the organization. Ensures that optimal processes and procedures are enabled and consistent across the team.
The Learning Analyst will be responsible for customizing the LMS to meet the needs of an organization and project. This team member should know every feature and function of the platform. In this role, the LMS administrator is the expert in the LMS and responsible for making sure the LMS works as intended. You will troubleshoot systems, monitor and report on data, upload and format content and courses, and provide technical support to users.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up eLearning in collaboration with colleagues throughout development
- Creating learning paths to lead to learner success with navigation of content
- Managing user permissions to meet project level and contract needs
- Adding and managing users on the public facing platform
- Defining user roles and access needs
- Managing and organizing learning opportunities on the platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues and responsive to technical needs within the team.
- Evaluating training effectiveness in partnership with contract leads to determine novel and innovative solutions within the LMS
- Training users on how to use the LMS and ongoing internal evaluation of LMS performance.
- Collaborate with school systems to ensure access to IT and LMS systems to deliver trainings.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, instructional design, or a related field.
- Expertise in tools and technologies related to LMS management, including content authoring tools, coding languages, database management, server hosting environments, authentication and single sign-on, integration, and analytics and reporting tools.
- 2-3 years Experience in roles like LMS coordinator or LMS technical support
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced experience in troubleshooting user support, utilizing remote systems (zoom, email and IT tickets with LMS systems
- Advanced knowledge of technical devices (ie: iphone, tablets, computers)
