This is part-time position with limited benefits. The successful candidate will be needed to work 36 hours per week Monday - Thursdays from 7:30am - 5:00pm and additional hours as needed to cover for vacations.
The purpose of this position is to provide various administrative support functions. The position is also responsible for maintaining confidential employee and corporate information. In addition, the position is responsible for coordination and follow-through on all duties including contact with internal/external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greets incoming visitors, responds to questions, provides information, instructions, or directs visitor to appropriate party.
Answers multiple phone lines and responds to caller’s questions, directs the call to appropriate party, pages personnel, and makes announcements.
Performs clerical duties in support of all EKPC business units.
Receives checks and cash via incoming and intra-company mail for deposits.
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail and processes outgoing mail.
Maintains reservation schedule for all EKPC conference rooms and pool vehicles.
Provides copying project services for EKPC.
Schedules company pool vehicle maintenance.
Sends, receives, and distributes faxes.
Provides meeting support including assisting with meeting setup and cleanup.
Initiates mailroom equipment repairs and maintains records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: One (1) year of related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to develop working knowledge of PBX, mailroom procedures, and other office related equipment.
Knowledge of standard office principles and procedures.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be trustworthy with confidential information.
