The Thomas Hill Energy Center is looking for a highly energetic, organized individual for our Office Associate in the Power Production Division!
The Office Associate is a key support role, providing essential administrative services to the Managing Director of Plant Operations and other leaders within the organization. With a blend of clerical and analytical responsibilities, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position is within a job family progression; relevant qualifications will determine placement within the progression.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, presentations, and travel.
Provide comprehensive support for plant projects, including tracking deadlines and facilitating communications among departments.
Handle administrative accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, budget tracking, and credit card statement reconciliation.
Assist with the preparation of reports, maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, and ensuring data accuracy.
Cultivate superior customer service with vendors, employees, and plant staff while maintaining confidentiality and independence in work execution.
What you’ll need:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
College-level course work in business or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years of clerical experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
Experience with basic accounting functions
